Wicker and Wine started from an idea some twenty years ago after its founder Jane Rendle-Grist prepared a decadent picnic for her city banker uncle and his fiancée to take on board his boat.

The idea turned into reality in 2005 when Wicker and Wine became the bespoke picnic hamper service for private or corporate entertaining. 

Since starting up, Wicker and Wine has delivered to a host of sporting events and saw itself in 2006 delivering to investment banks and other corporate businesses into the grounds of Lords for the Test Matches. Once again Lord's has opened its gates and allowed Wicker and Wine in.

Wicker and Wine also made it's mark with polo goers when it was taken on as the picnic provider for Cowdray Polo Park in August 2006.

Now well into its fourth year we have become one of the UK's most recognised picnic providers  working with the UK's leader in orchestral open-air concerts Musical Associates in 2007 and for the second year running with the UK's largest polo club Guards Polo Club.

Wicker and Wine delivers to its customers only the very best in food produce. Our selections are made from people who care about quality and flavour.

Each picnic hamper is prepared using fresh produce for our set menus. Each hamper is accompanied with a complimentary bottle or two of wine and water, which has been chosen from a wonderful selection.

All accoutrements are included in the hamper.

There is no preparation, no washing up and it's easy to transport. Thereby giving you the perfect experience for a perfect day.
